By placing an order with us, you agree with the following Terms and Conditions:

 - You certify, or provide certification, that you have the rights to the photographs submitted

- If providing professional photographs,  you certify you have the rights to the photographs and provide a copyright release from the photographer for our files

-  In regards to pictures with children, You certify you either are the parent or guardian or provide consent from the parent or guardian of the children in the photographs you are submitting

- We are not responsible for delays in shipping as the fault of the US postal service

- Because of the custom nature of the business, once the final proof has been approved all sales are finals and returns or cancellations will not be accepted

- We work very hard to ensure all items have correct names and spellings, however the responsibility ultimately lies with the customer, therefore any mistakes that need to be corrected or changes that need to be brought to our attention prior to the final proof approval. Once the final approval has been received, Worsham Designs is not responsible for any mistakes or misspellings.
